12 Week Sports Development
Elevate your athletic performance with our comprehensive 12-week program designed to enhance strength, power, agility, and speed. This program is built around bodyweight exercises, with the introduction of dumbbells in later phases. Structured into three 4-week phases, each phase ramps up the intensity to continuously challenge and develop your athletic abilities. With 3-4 sessions per week, each lasting about an hour, you’ll experience a progressive, dynamic training regimen that keeps you engaged and pushing your limits.
